I am a deep tissue, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist with 25 years of experience. My specialty is helping to alleviate tension, manage stress and reduce recovery time from injuries or surgery. Because of the work that I did in Vail at the Stedman Hawkins Clinic, I am very knowledgable about knees and shoulders, any pain from injury, surgery or sports.
My Main mode of work is Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Active Stretching and a tiny bit of Structural Integration ( Rolfing ) I am also a firm believer in energy and our bodies ability to heal itself, so I always incorporate some of those modalities into each session, like, Cranial Sacral, Acupressure, Reflexology.

As with any Massage Therapist, I can and will tailor each session to your preferance! (I worked in a few Spas as well and am preparing to offer Scrubs, Hair Rejuvenation Treatments, Foot Baths and am open to suggestions as well ladies!~
